• Dan passed out a couple of proposals on what he, Mike Gullo, and Raymond Stahl came up with in regards to whether the chapter should purchase the patches and/or how they get them back when someone is no longer a member. It was unanimously decided that what every course we decided to take, it should only be towards the bottom rocker. It was also determined that the best way to go was changing the by-laws and having new members (and their spouses)with rockers sign a “Waiver” stating that the rocker was property of the club and would be returned when they departed. Dan will have a “legal” person look over the wording and give his report at the next meeting.
